The prototype is an off-chain replica of Bumper’s live dApp, which is due to launch in August 2023.*
The Bumper prototype is not the final version of our protocol, which is set to launch this August. Instead, it's a simulated environment that allows users to explore the look and feel of the protocol without committing any real tokens.
While the prototype allows you to connect your MetaMask wallet, rest assured that no real tokens are ever spent, locked, staked, or otherwise engaged. It's all about giving you a genuine experience of Bumper’s dApp without any of the risks.
Through the prototype, you'll gain a thorough understanding of all the steps involved in opening, closing, and renewing positions within the Bumper ecosystem. It's a perfect way to familiarise yourself with the dApp and how it works. You can’t break anything, nor will any of your tokens interact with the dApp.
